The floors in Waltham was abused by a tenant who owned many dogs and cats. There were many urine stains and dirt in the floor. The tenant had to be evicted from the premises and I went in to restore the wood floors to their original beauty so that the owner could then re-rent the apartment. Now the wood floors looks new…
